Refund policy

Each of our jewels is Made to Order for you and thus are Final Sale and exempt from all return and refund policies.

If you believe your jewel to be damaged or defective you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a review at idesfinejewels@gmail.com. We only accept returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, but we want you to love your jewels and will try our best to work it out.

Ides is not responsible for damage resulting from mishandling, excessive wear-and-tear or improper care of jewelry.

Regarding items purchased directly from our stockists: You must contact the stockist for repair or refund issues.

To be considered for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with the original packaging.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

You must receive an approval by email with the return address. 

Buyer is wholly responsible for return shipping. Return shipments should be sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, insured for the full amount with a signature required.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
