Shipping policy

We respect your time and investment: We ship FedEx 2-3 day with signature confirmation by adult. The shipping and handling fee is $30. for what we believe is the quickest, most secure and dependable option.

Please Note: Shipping and transit times are not guaranteed, and we do not take responsibility for any carrier delays.

We only ship to a physical address and will not ship to a PO Box.  

Billing address and shipping address must match. 

We reserve the right to decline any purchases that we believe may be suspicious or fraudulent.

*If you have a need for international shipping, please get in touch. We review these requests on a case by case basis. International orders are final sale.

Our shipping schedule is as follows:

Ready to Ship jewels are sent within 2-3 days of purchase. 

Made to Order jewels are ready to ship 3-4 weeks after order is placed.
